My Nanna went into Church View in September 2015 and the care she received was excellent. It was like home from home and the staff treated you like family not like a visitor. My Nanna was very happy there and the staff went that extra mile to make sure of that. The support we received as a family was second to none. My Nanna sadly passed away in January 2016 even then the nursing staff, the carers and the manager went that extra mile to make sure my Nanna was comfortable and supported the family at this sad time.

My family member speaks of a very good experience within this care home during her recent respite stay. Staff are attentive and fast-acting. Plenty of staff at hand which was one of the main points I looked for when looking for my mother-in-law's stay. Food looked lovely and nutritious and any queries I had as a family member were addressed and attended to in a fast and safe manner. Will be recommending to family and friends and will 100% be using this service again for further respite stays.

My daughter is currently in this nursing home and has been there for the last couple of months. The staff and management are all kind, welcoming, and extremely hard-working. My daughter suffers from paranoid schizophrenia which can be challenging at times however, since she has been living at Primrose Court she has been safe and looked after extremely well.

My Mam has been at Eston Lodge for 3 weeks after being in hospital for 6 weeks, she was at another care home before this, although she has dementia she is loving it at Eston, she's enjoying the social side and being with the other residents, the staff are absolutely amazing with her and all the other residents, we couldn't ask for a better home for her, thank you to all of you for all you're doing, we know we can come home happy she's happy and getting the care she deserves.
